Q2: What is your warranty for EV charger?

Generally 2 years.If you have special requirements please contact our customer service.

 

Q3: Can you print our logo on the products? Do the color of plug and cable can be customized according to our requirements?

A: We support OEM and ODM service, but there will be a MOQ for custom design. 

Q4: Can I use it on rainy days?

A: The host and charging gun have certain waterproof functions, ensuring that the host is not penetrated by water during use. It is not recommended to use it outdoors or adopt rainproof facilities during heavy rain

Q5: What if an electric car doesn't charge properly?

A: 1: Check the car first to see if it can be charged properly with other EV chargers.

    2: Check that the EV charger is properly connected to the car.

    3:Check your home circuit, do not use our EV charger do not fit the plug.

    4: If still can not charge normally, we will solve your problem as soon as possible without causing you any loss.
