I have used many charging apps and they always have some flaws, will this be the case with eventek's app as well?

Answer:

It's normal for apps to have flaws, and when I found the app problem and gave feedback to customer service, the app was optimized and upgraded after a week. I would say that EVENTEK is working towards perfection.

I am a new driver of an electric car, can I rely on the product manual to solve the problems I encounter during charging?

Answer:

The instructions are so detailed that it will solve about 90% of the problems you will encounter. And if it doesn't, they have the most prompt and professional after-sales service.

I was in the same boat when I bought this couple of weeks back. The manual has most common error codes and steps to fix. It was helpful but setting up the phone app was a little challenging.. they are missing one step in the manual. Everything worked well once i figured it out.

 

Question:

How long does it take to install a charging station like this one?

Answer:

It took me less than 5 minutes from the time I received it to complete its installation, but only if you have a 14-50 outlet in your home.

I did not specifically calculate the installation time, I took about one song from start to finish and I am very happy with this purchase.
