1.Q: How long is your lead time?

A: If for AC Charger, about 5-7 days; if for DC Charger within 5 units, about 20-25 days.

 

2.Q: What's difference between commercial type and home-using type?

A: Commercial type is configurated with OCPP1.6J, it allows you to connected to the network to check the charging management system and online card information through a protocol.

 

3. Q: What is OCPP?

A: OCPP is abbreviated for open charging point protocol, it is a kind of network protocol.You can connected to our management system in PC via it, and then manage the EV charger and online cards. Also, you could position the EV charger via OCPP. or do you have your own management system?

4.Q: Are your products can be connected to APP?

A: Yes, we could provide you with a port to connect your own APP.

 

5.Q: With RFID function, how's your payment procedure works?

A: There are two kind of cards,one is offline card without payment function, just swipe as a key to make Charger to operate. Another card is member card/white card/online card),we can save money inside in your back office, people hold the card to charge his car,and the amount will be reduced.
